Rage

Rage

The rain pours down
Forcefully
Rage-filled lightning
strikes the ground.
Thunder deafens all who hear
Rage, Rage, Rage
The ground melts away under the force of the rain
The forest burns with delight
Every tree bending to the will of the lightning's spawn
The whole world shakes with fear
as the the eardrums burst
A tree falls.
Charred bark splintering as it hits the ground
The grass burns
with Rage
There is no escape for the animals
They run
But they can't run fast enough
Nothing ever escapes the Rage
Lightning strikes again
Thunder cracks again
A young child wakes with a scream
The neighbors dog barks with fear
Rage

The ashen-smoke rises up
Pilots avoid the treacherous Cathedral of volcanic ash
The constant rumble of the earth
The top of this mountain
gone
Blown away by Rage
The lava flows aimlessly
Hot gas races to the ground
Boulders fall from the sky
Rage
The earth shakes again
Another Rage induced bolt of magma rises
The column of ash rises yet further
a poor bird flies to close.
Run everyone, run
But your efforts are in vain
Vanity

The ocean is calm
For a second
It recedes
More then normal...
A wave starts to form
Bigger and bigger, and bigger
scraping the sky
The wave flows to the ground with terrific speed
Ready to destroy everything
with a Crash and the wave lands
Buildings, trees and ground alike
melt like ice
into the sea.
The water leaves
But marks of Rage remind us
Rage

Everyone and Everything will Rage
Until the sun explodes
Rage, Rage, Rage
the penultimate of Rage
Until there is no more Rage
Until there is no more
anything
